1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Roukit platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Service Description

Roukit provides:

• An on-demand marketplace connecting customers with independent delivery captains
• Automatic dispatch that assigns the best available captain for each request
• Live tracking, in-app communication, and customer support
• Payment processing through authorized providers

Roukit is a technology platform and intermediary. Deliveries are performed by independent captains who are not employees of Roukit.

3. Deliveries & Fares

Requesting a delivery

• Availability depends on captains active in your area
• Roukit shows one fair, platform-set price and an ETA for each request before you confirm
• Captains accept or decline the offered job; they do not set or adjust the price
• When you confirm, Roukit automatically assigns the best available captain

Cancellation

• Free cancellation before a captain accepts your request
• A cancellation fee may apply once a captain is on the way
• Charges may apply if a captain has already collected your item
• Disputed cancellations can be raised with customer support

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact information
• Only send lawful items that comply with these terms and applicable law
• Be reachable so the captain can complete pickup and drop-off
• Treat captains with respect and follow reasonable safety guidance
• Do not send prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items

5. Payment Terms

Payments are handled as follows:

• Pay cash on delivery, or with a digital wallet such as InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Meeza, or Fawry; card support is coming later
• Digital payments are processed through an authorized payment provider
• The price you confirm is the price charged, barring agreed changes to the job
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5-10 business days

6. Liability

Roukit connects customers with independent captains and is not the carrier itself. Accordingly:

• Captains are independent and responsible for performing each delivery
• You are responsible for accurately describing and lawfully sending items
• Roukit's liability is limited as set out in these terms and applicable law
• Force majeure events are beyond our control

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Roukit platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Roukit and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including location data, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

• Direct negotiation with our customer service team
• Mediation through the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency if required
• Egyptian courts, which have exclusive jurisdiction
• Egyptian law, which governs these terms

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
