The problem
In many of the world's most popular tour destinations, the booking infrastructure barely exists. Suppliers manage availability through WhatsApp groups. Pricing changes are communicated by phone. Booking confirmations are screenshots of bank transfers.
This isn't a technology gap that can be solved with a booking widget. It's an operational gap. The entire workflow from supplier onboarding to post-trip review collection is manual, fragmented, and unreliable. Existing travel tech platforms are built for markets where suppliers already have structured data and digital payment infrastructure. They don't work where the starting point is a voice note and a handshake.
Roukit was built for this reality. Instead of assuming clean data and standardized processes, we built an operating layer that handles unstructured inputs, normalizes supplier data, manages localized content across 6 languages including RTL Arabic, and automates the post-booking work that most platforms ignore entirely.
