Building Trust in On-Demand Delivery
Handing your stuff to a stranger takes trust. Verification, two-way ratings, and live tracking are built into Roukit from the start.

Trust is the whole product
A delivery marketplace only works if customers trust the person carrying their package and captains trust that they'll be treated fairly. So we built trust into the core of Roukit, not as an afterthought.
How we build it
Verification. Captains complete identity and vehicle checks before they can accept a single job. Customers are verified too.
Two-way ratings. After every delivery, customers and captains rate each other. Reputation is public, earned only from completed deliveries, and it stays with the captain.
Live tracking. You follow your delivery on the map from pickup to drop-off, with status updates along the way and proof of delivery at the end.
Support that's reachable. In-app chat keeps you connected to your captain, and there's a clear path to resolve an issue if something doesn't go to plan.
Why it compounds
When trust is visible, good behavior is rewarded. Captains who deliver well rise to the top and get dispatched more often. Customers who treat captains well get great service. The marketplace gets safer and better the more it's used — which is exactly the point.

Why We Built Roukit
Delivery shouldn't be slow or a guessing game. We built Roukit to auto-dispatch the best available captain in seconds, at one fair price you see up front.
The Captain Network Is the Marketplace
A delivery marketplace is only as good as its captains. Roukit is built on a verified network of independent captains — and auto-dispatch puts the right one on every job.
